Update on the Gemelli Molise acquisition

Zurich, December 13th, 2021. We are pleased to share that Responsible Capital received the formal approval from the Italian government for the acquisition of 90% of Gemelli Molise S.p.a., a high-technology hospital, research and educational center for bio-medical sciences based in Campobasso, Italy. Given the strategic relevance of Gemelli Molise at regional and national level, both the Italian Ministry of Health and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, under a potential application of "Golden Power" law, reviewed and expressed their formal approval to the acquisition- and business-plan submitted by Responsible Capital and Fondazione Policlinico A. Gemelli.
